Scanning experts with over 20 years experience

Our story

Established in 2001, we're a family run scanning business offering a complete range of document services, including scanning, shredding, physical storage, and digital storage using our eFile Cloud software.

In 2006 we set up tradescanners.com, a website dedicated to the sale of scanners and software.

Fast-forward to today, we have a team of 30 professional and fully trained staff to manage all areas of our business, and we recently expanded our premises to cater for our ever-growing team.

Due to the nature of our business, our premises and vehicles are fully secured with 24-hour surveillance.

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and ICO registered, we scan to BS10008 (British Standards guidelines for evidential weight and legal admissibility of electronic information)

Secure

All vehicles are tracked, our premises have CCTV, 24/7 security, access control and fire protection. Security and data protection are key parts of what we do and offer, online and offline

Peace of mind

All staff are employed by us and DBS checked. Everything we do is under NDA and we're fully insured for professional liability

With 30 staff, we're large enough to handle thousands of boxes, but small enough to be flexible and truly value your custom

We care

We care about our customers, the environment and good causes. We shred mountains of paper every year which we recycle to help save trees and reduce carbon emissions.
